Recruitment Consultant for Surabaya Office
Requirements:
- a male. aged between 23-27 years
- having a bachelor degree (minimum) in any major
- Passionate about sales world/marketing
- Preferably having an experience or more in either HR, sales or marketing field
- having strong sense and will of achieving target
- a fun and spiritful person
Job Desc:
- Sorting and Recruiting candidates based on positions needed for vacancy
- Understanding clients’ requirements as best as possible
- Describing the job vacancy & client’s company to candidates
- Shortlisting candidates by interview and tests
- Keeping up with both client and candidate updates
- Business development: Establishing new clients
- Maintaining relationship both with clients and candidates respectively
